We exist to fill the gap — for the founders, dreamers, and leaders who have been told no everywhere else.
Mission Bridges was created because the people who needed help the most — founders with great ideas but no track record, no credit, no connections — were the ones being turned away everywhere else. We exist to fill that gap.
Mission Bridges is a nonprofit capacity-building organization based in Arlington, Texas, serving the greater Dallas–Fort Worth region. We help nonprofit founders, small business owners, solopreneurs, veterans, women entrepreneurs, minority leaders, and individuals with prior records start, grow, and sustain their organizations.
We provide coaching, direct services, and AI-powered tools — all priced to be accessible, not free but fair. We believe that when you invest in your organization, even a small amount, you show up differently. And we show up for you the same way.
Every client relationship at Mission Bridges begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Founder & Executive Director, Mission Bridges
CeeCee Evans is the founder and executive director of Mission Bridges. With more than 20 years of experience in grant writing, nonprofit development, and small business strategy, CeeCee has dedicated her career to empowering the communities that traditional programs consistently overlook.
Her work spans the full spectrum of organizational development — from helping first-time founders file their 501(c)(3) applications to guiding established nonprofits through strategic growth phases. She has written grants, built boards, designed programs, and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders across the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
CeeCee founded Mission Bridges because she saw the same story play out too many times: brilliant people with real community impact being turned away from resources because they lacked the paperwork, the polish, or the connections that gatekeepers required. She built Mission Bridges to be the door that stays open.
Her approach is direct, practical, and deeply personal. She does not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client gets a real conversation, a real plan, and real support — not a template and a handshake.
We price our services to be affordable because we believe everyone deserves professional support — not just those who can pay premium rates.
When you invest in your organization, even a small amount, you show up differently. We charge because it matters.
Whether you are just starting out, starting over, or cleaning up a mess — we meet you where you are without judgment.
We do not just serve individuals. We build a community of founders and leaders who support each other.
Mission Bridges was built for the people who have been overlooked, underserved, and underestimated. If any of these describe you, you are in the right place.
